I bought 3 jewellery items from TeejhIndia.com — out of which 2 (an earring and a ring) were of poor quality, and the ring wasn’t even adjustable as shown. I returned them and was told I’d get a full refund through a coupon code with no deduction of shipping or logistics charges.
However, after repeated follow-ups, I finally received the coupon (₹661) and was later told I must shop for above ₹1,000 to avoid logistic charges — a condition never mentioned earlier. Even when I tried to buy items worth ₹685, they refused to waive the charges.
The product quality, refund process, and communication were all disappointing. Prices are also higher than other jewellery websites. Not a pleasant experience — wouldn’t recommend.
