In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Fedex, Aramex, Delivery, First Flight, Overnight Express & Ecom Express.
- Delivery Timeline:While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 3-6 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-6 working days.
- Shipping Fee in India :Free shipping on cart value of Rs 1000 or above. Alternately, flat Rs 99 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than Rs 1000. This shipping fee is non refundable.
- International Shipping fee: Free international shipping on cart value of Rs.15,001 or above. Alternatively, flat Rs. 2,500 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than Rs. 5,000. Flat Rs. 4,000 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is between Rs. 5,001-10,000. Flat Rs. 6,000 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is between Rs.10,001-15,000. The Customs Duty has to be borne by the customer as it is dependent on the destination address. JW Brands will not be levied for the payment
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
TEEJH (A SISTER BRAND OF JOKER & WITCH) reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
- To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
- Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
