1. Do you offer COD services?
Yes Cash On Delivery option is available.
The pincode provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.
2. Do you take orders over the phone?
We do not take orders over the phone. Customers would have to place their orders directly on our website www.teejh.com .
3. Do I need to create an account to place the order?
No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Teejh.com. Once you place your order you will receive your order confirmation and shipping details on your email id. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us to track your order, avail offers, discounts, and promotional store credits.
4. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post. This would be possible only for prepaid orders.
5. How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
The delivery time varies from city to city. Once the order is placed we ship it out within 1-2 working days and it will take 4-5 working days for it to get delivered to you depending on your location.
6. How do I track my order?
Once the order is placed from our website you will receive an order confirmation email. The order will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Once the order is shipped, you will get the tracking details in your email from which you can use the link or AWB number to track your order on the courier partner's website. In case of any further queries, you can reach out to us at email@example.com.
7. I am an international customer but want delivery in India. Is this possible?
Yes. We can deliver your shipment to India. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is of a Hotel, would recommend you to give us your local contact number which would be reachable at all times.
8. Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?
It is possible to change the address or phone number before the order is shipped out. Once shipped, it is not possible to change the address or phone number. Pls call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us about such a situation. In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will be able to offer a partial refund after a deduction of Rs 99 for shipping.
9. I placed an order twice.
In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will cancel one of your orders and refund the amount back to the payment method you used when placing your order.
10. I am not happy with my order. How do I return?
TEEJH offers a 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently raise a return/exchange request for any item within 7 days from the date of delivery. All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of COUPONS, which will be sent out to you via email within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product. All return COUPONS will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product as per the criteria given below. We have a NO CASH Refund Policy. All Refunds will be processed in the form of Coupons Only. All Coupon codes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.teejh.com
11. I am missing an item, what do I do?
In the unlikely event where you are missing an item from your order please immediately drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. and our support team will get back to you asap to help you resolve the issue.
11. What should I do if I miss the delivery?
We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day. So, in case you have missed the order delivery, please write to us at email@example.com along with your order number and we shall take care of it.
12. What prepaid payment options can I use?
