TEEJH ( sister concern of Joker & Witch) offers a 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently raise a return/exchange request for any item within 7 days from the date of delivery. All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of COUPONS, which will be sent out to you via email within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product. All return COUPONS will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product as per the criteria given below. We have a NO CASH Refund Policy. All Refunds will be processed in the form of Coupons Only. All Coupon codes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.teejh.com
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
Mandatory Criteria for RETURN:
- The items should be unused and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.
- Ensure that Embellishments and Sequins on the product are not damaged.
- Return request to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date by writing an email to TEEJHINDIA@GMAIL.COM
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS
STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order No. and Product details/SKU code with your reason for returning the product(s). Please note all return requests need to be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24 hours. You will be requested to self-ship the product to our Head Office/Warehouse address.
STEP 3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely (use TEEJH (A Sister brand of Joker & Witch) Original packaging box, or some strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No Refund Coupon will be issued in such cases.
STEP 4: All customers are expected to self ship the products to our warehouse address.

Please use a reliable and cost-effective courier service such as SPEED POST (India Post) as they have vast coverage and inexpensive rates. An amount of Rs. 99 will be reimbursed along with the value of the product in the form of the Coupon Code. This will be done post the quality check of the returned item.
STEP 5: Notify us via email about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. This way we will be able to track your shipment and process your return COUPONS faster.
PRODUCT EVALUATION & REFUND
STEP 1:Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above-mentioned criteria of Return.
STEP 2: If the returned product(s) meets all the criterion for return, then we will be glad to REFUND your money in the form of a Coupon Code of the Product value along with an additional Rs 99 towards Shipping Reimbursement which you can use on your next purchase on our website. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed on actuals.
You will receive your Coupon code in your inbox via email within 48 hours of us receiving the QC approved returned product.
Redeeming your COUPON
- A Refund Coupon is valid only for 3 months from the date of issue.
- A Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
- A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
- A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
- Any item can only be refunded thrice in exchange of a coupon.
- Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non- transferable.
Please note- All returns requests must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product should reach us within another 7 days of raising the return request. Products received beyond this time frame of 14 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customers.
In Case of Exchanges, customer is requested to send back the product to us at their expense and we will bear the shipping of the exchange product.
