Dear Blue Dart Support Team,
I am writing to register a formal and strong complaint regarding the fraudulent update on my shipment status for AWB# 9055453421, ordered from Teejh.
Today, at 6:49 PM, I received an update stating that Blue Dart "missed delivering" the shipment. This implies that a delivery attempt was made and that I, the consignee, was unavailable.
I wish to place the following facts on record:
Full Availability: I have been physically present at the delivery address all day, specifically waiting for this package.
Zero Communication: No delivery executive reached out to me. I did not receive a single phone call, message, or delivery attempt notification from any executive prior to the "missed delivery" status update.
Falsifying the delivery status to mark the consignee as "not available" when no attempt was actually made is a deceptive and fraudulent practice by your ground staff to avoid SLA penalties or cover up operational delays.
I demand the following immediate actions:
1. Immediate Re-delivery: The shipment must be delivered to my address tomorrow, 25-JUN-26, without fail.
2. Investigation & Accountability: Investigate this false update by the assigned delivery agent and take strict internal action.

As the merchant, I am bringing this to your attention so you are aware of how your logistics partner, Blue Dart, is mishandling your shipments and providing a poor experience to your customers. I request you to escalate this internally with your dedicated account manager at Blue Dart to ensure my package is delivered successfully tomorrow.
I expect a prompt response with the resolution and updated delivery timeline.
