I placed my order well in advance, but the earrings delivered were completely different from what I had selected. Not just one—both pairs were incorrect. On top of that, two of the bangles were damaged, with the bells already fallen off.
I immediately raised a return and clearly communicated that this was a time-sensitive purchase, as the earrings were meant to be a gift I needed to carry to the USA. Despite this, there was no effort from their side to expedite the exchange or assist with delivery timelines.
Their response was that they would only process the replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned items—which would take too long and completely defeats the purpose of the purchase. Due to this delay (caused by their mistake), I had to cancel the exchange and request a refund.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating:
* Incorrect items delivered
* Damaged products
* No urgency or customer support for resolution
* Poor handling of a time-sensitive situation
As a first-time customer, this was highly disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on this experience.
